Glastonbury Emerging Talent Competition Now Open

Glastonbury Festival have launched this year’s Emerging Talent Competition — and we’re pleased to once again to be helping judge it.
For those not aware, ETC gives rising acts from the UK and Ireland the chance to compete for a coveted slot on one of Glasto’s hallowed main stages. Entry as always is free, but lest we forget the prize also includes a cool £5,000 from the PRS for Music Foundation, plus £2,500 each for two lucky runners-up.
While it’s wide open in terms of genre, the entry period itself is a mere one week, so aspiring artists should get their proverbials on if they have hopes of joining the ranks of past winners Stornoway, Scouting For Girls and The Subways.
