After a string of European headline dates and a jaunt in Mexico opening for Hot Chip, Germany’s Vimes are nearly there. Latest news is they are working with Jochen Naff whose previous cliental as a producer boast Lady Gaga and Emeli Sande.

They perfectly mix timid and often shaky sounding vocals with a world-class digital production. Humming Records put out their first single ‘UpStairs’ late last year and 2013 will only bring bigger things to this duo from Cologne. New material is expected within the month but for now- enjoy ‘UpStairs’ from an act that have the European electronic scene of 2013 in the palm of their hands.
